Dublin, Ohio offers many excellent locations to eat and socialize but there is one unique destination situated in the heart of the newly developed Bridge Park. Located on the rooftop of the AC Dublin is VASO Roof Top Lounge, a hidden oasis where you can come for a relaxed dinner, enjoy great music and spectacular views of the Dublin skyline and Scioto River.
Matt and I came to Vaso for a date night. We did not make reservations because it was a spur of the moment decision to go but we were immediately seated at a community table where we shared it with another couple. While it was perfect for us, you will want to make reservations if you want more privacy.
Vaso’s menu has a Spanish style tapas flare. Everything looked delicious and I wanted to try it all! The plating here is beautiful and we enjoyed every bite of the deliciousness while we sat on the lovely rooftop. Our time listening to live music from Hot Tonic play hits from Frank Sinatra to Meghan Trainor topped off the romantic evening.
I read about the igloo experience you can have here on the roof top and that is on our to do list with some friends sometime this winter. I think this would be an amazing double-date night. **Hint, Hint honey**
Matt and I really loved the feel of this place and will be regular visitors on our kid-free date nights. The Dublin area doesn’t offer anything else like this and you can’t go wrong with Vaso Rooftop Lounge for a date night out, it’s perfect.
